PRIVACY STATEMENT UNDER ARTICLE 13 D. LGS 196/2003

We inform you, in compliance, now collected in the Leg. June 30, 2003, No. 196 (Code on the protection of personal data) that:

   1. The undersigned company, for the establishment and enforcement of contractual relations with you in progress, is in possession of and fiscal data collected directly and via third parties, concerning you, classified as personal.
   2. These data are processed in accordance with contractual requirements and for the fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations arising from them and to achieve effective management of business relations and also for the protection of credit and better management of our individual rights to the commercial relationship .
   3. The data will be written and / or magnetic, electronic or computerized.
   4. The conferment of data is compulsory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore the refusal to supply or subsequent treatment may prevent us from continuing the contractual relationship.
   5. Failure to provide, instead, all data that do not relate to legal or contractual obligations will be reviewed from time to time by the writer and the resulting decisions regarding the importance of such data in the management of the business relationship.
   6. While the communication and diffusion in compliance with legal obligations and / or contract, the data may be disclosed in Italy and / or overseas: networks of agents, factoring companies, banks, debt collection companies and credit insurance, commercial databases for information, professionals, consultants and service companies.
   7. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract and even thereafter for the completion of all legal obligations and for future commercial purposes.
   8. Concerning the data subject may exercise your rights under art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (shown in detail in the Annex) to the limits and conditions provided in Articles 8.9 and 10 of said decree.
   9. Data Controller is the company to which interested parties may contact to verify the data and exercise their rights.

Right to access personal data and other rights

   1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded and their communication in intelligible form.
   2. You have the right to obtain information:
         1. origin of personal data;
         2. the purposes and methods of treatment;
         3. the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
         4. the identity of the owner, manager and designated representative under Article. 5 paragraph 2;
         5. the subjects or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
   3. You have the right to obtain:
         1. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
         2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
         3. certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been disclosed, including their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
   4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
         1. for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
         2. the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
